Symposium Terms and Conditions

All rules apply equally to youth and adults. Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. for liability reasons and conferee safety formed all rules. By registering for this FREE COMMUNNITY EVENT, because this event is fully sponsored by community partners and corporate sponsors, media is necessary to show the activities and occurrence of the said event. Therefore, I hereby grant Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc., and their agents the absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes of me, or in which I may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. publication or on the Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. websites, without payment or any other consideration.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein my likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. and their agents from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I have or may have by reason of this authorization or use of my photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes, including any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said images or videotapes, or in processing tending towards the completion of the finished product, including publication on the internet, in brochures, or any other advertisements or promotional materials. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS. READ IT CAREFULLY AND BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE SUBMITTING

By registering for this FREE COMMUNNITY EVENT, I understand and agree that attending this event may subject me to various risks and dangers and agree to protect, defend, reimburse, indemnify and hold Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc., its agents, officers, employees, volunteers, and contractors harmless at all times from and against all claims, liability, expenses, losses, costs, fines, damages or causes of action of every kind and character, including attorney's fees and costs, whether at trial or appellate levels or otherwise, arising during, as a result of, or in connection with my participation as a volunteer. I hereby assume the risk of participating as a free registrant/attendee at the Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. Teen Girl Empowerment Event, its agents, officers, employees, volunteers, and contractors harmless at all times from and against all claims, liability, expenses, losses, costs, fines, damages, or causes of action of every kind and character, including attorney's fees and costs, whether at trial or appellate levels or otherwise due to their acts, errors or omissions resulting in bodily injury, including death, or damage to my property incident to, or in connection with my participation in the volunteer program. Additionally, authorization is hereby given for emergency medical care rendered to me. I agree to release, indemnify, and defend Avenues of Excellence, Inc. and Avenues of Excellence Finishing School, Inc. and its agents, officers, employees, volunteers, and contractors from and against any claim that I, my parents or legal guardian, or any other person may have for any losses, damages, injuries, or death arising out of or in connection with my participation in this volunteer program. I indicate by registering to attend the event that I have read the terms and conditions of participation and agree to abide by them. I have carefully read this agreement and acknowledge that I understand it. No representation, statements, or inducements, oral or written, apart from the foregoing written statement have been made. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the rest of the document shall continue in full force and effect.
