Effective communication can produce positive results.

It's so amazing how much negativity there is lately. Almost everywhere you go there's a negative tone and/or vibe of some kind. And with that negative tone it can be so easy to get into a negative mindset which may cause you to start speaking negativity over challenges you're facing in your life. Practicing to speak positive is not as difficult as it may sound. Start by doing small things everyday to lead you into a positive mindset which will then cause you to speak more positive. Once you start consciously speaking positive, you may  find challenging situations perhaps a little easier to handle. Practice speaking positive for 4 weeks and see if it doesn't make a positive difference in your life.

TIME MANAGEMENT; Part 1

What and/or Who is wasting your TIME.

 

I think everyone can say, more often than not,  that there's just not enough time to get everything accomplished in one day. Whether operating a business, home and/ or your personal life, finding time to get things done just seem to be an impossible feat.That is why the staff at Avenues of Excellence is designing a Time Management Program for not only entrepreneurs; however, anyone who want to maximize the time  they have.

The first way to maximize time is to identify where time is being wasted. Frequently, people misconstrue wasting time as doing something that is unnecessary or irrelevant; however, wasting time can also be due to a person(s). Yes! Sometime people can waste YOUR TIME. Did you know that time is a commodity that you just don't get back? During our Time Management webinar on February 13th, we discussed how to identify  who and/or what is wasting time. We found this important because before you can manage time, knowing how much time is available to manage is key. And then by eliminating the wasted time "takers" will do just that.  We have created a FREE document for you to download and print out to start identifying the areas where time is being wasted in your life.
